Operational Context
CSR Forum Pakistan is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders through targeted capacity-building initiatives. We recognize that sustainable development requires an informed and active citizenry. To support this mission, we are launching a series of youth-focused and community-based programs designed to enhance understanding of critical environmental and social governance issues.
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Freelance Remote Trainers to join our expert panel. This is an opportunity for subject matter experts to share their knowledge and drive tangible impact at the community level without geographical constraints.
Scope of Assignment
Selected trainers will design and deliver high-quality virtual training sessions. The primary objective is to simplify complex concepts related to sustainability and corporate responsibility, making them accessible and actionable for young professionals and community members.
Thematic Priorities
We are looking for specialists with proven expertise in one or more of the following domains:
- Environment & Climate Change: Climate adaptation strategies, environmental conservation, and policy frameworks.
- Sustainability: Sustainable development goals (SDGs), circular economy, and resource management.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Strategic CSR planning, community engagement, and impact measurement.
- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG): ESG reporting, compliance, and ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive remote training sessions tailored to youth audiences.
- Curriculum Adaptation: Customize training materials to ensure relevance to the local Pakistani context and current global standards.
- Participant Engagement: Facilitate discussions, workshops, and Q&A sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Evaluation: Assess participant understanding and provide feedback to program organizers for continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
We require professionals who combine technical depth with the ability to teach effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in training, teaching, or facilitation, specifically within the development or corporate sectors.
- Subject Expertise: A strong academic or professional background in Environment, Sustainability, or related fields.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) and digital training tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
