Auxiliaire fournisseurs : Trier le courrier et gérer les boîtes mails. Contrôler la pertinence des données comptables fournisseurs nécessaires à l'enregistrement des opérations. Traiter les différents types de factures dans les systèmes à partir des pièces justificatives et selon une procédure établie. Préparer et effectuer les opérations de paiement aux fournisseurs, deux fois par mois. Participer aux travaux de clôtures mensuelles : suivi des immobilisations, calcul CCA/FNP, KPI, DPO Assurer …
