Dev Global Jobs

Editorial Policy

Dev Global Jobs takes every fact in its guides from an official or trusted source that the post names and links, with the date of the figure. The published date never changes, the updated date moves only with a real change, reported errors are corrected after a check, and AI is used only as help.

This Editorial Policy explains how the Dev Global Jobs Editorial Team writes the posts on our blog, how facts are checked, when and how posts are updated, how corrections are made and shown, how we stay independent, how we use AI and images, and how readers can report an error. It applies to every post in every language.

How we write

We write for people first. Each post answers a real question in plain language near the top, uses short sections and tables where a comparison helps, and starts with key takeaways taken from the post itself. A title says what the post covers; we do not use misleading titles.

How facts are checked

We use official and trusted sources only: governments, labour ministries, immigration authorities, statistics offices, international organisations and the employers themselves. Each fact names its source in the post, with a link and the date of the figure. A fact we cannot check against a source is left out. We never invent numbers, quotes, people or reviews.

Updates and dates

Every post shows the date it was published and, after a change, the date it was updated. The published date never changes. The updated date changes only when the text or the facts of the post really change, never for a new photo or a layout change. When we learn that an official rule, wage or fee has changed, we update the post.

Corrections

When a reader reports an error, or we find one, we check it against the source and correct the post as soon as the check is done. A corrected fact changes the post's updated date, so readers can see when the post last changed.

Found a wrong fact or an old rule? Send it through the contact page (topic "Report a job or a data error", with the page link and the official source) or write to info@devglobaljobs.com.

Independence

Editorial content is not for sale. We do not publish paid or sponsored posts without a clear label, and we never publish fake reviews or testimonials. Paid employer features belong to job listings and are labelled there, never in blog posts.

AI as help only

We use AI tools only as help, for example for a first draft, a translation or a language check. Every fact is checked against its source before a post is published, and the Dev Global Jobs Editorial Team is responsible for every word.

Images

Each post has its own real photo: a photo from Pixabay, credited to its photographer with a link to the photo page, or a photo of our own. We never use AI-made images, and every photo has a text description for screen readers.

Languages

Posts in other languages follow the same rules and are written for readers in that language.

Not advice

Our posts explain official rules and data in plain language. They are not legal, tax or immigration advice; check the official source linked in the post before a decision about your own case. See also our Disclaimer and the Editorial Team page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which sources does Dev Global Jobs use?

Official and trusted sources only: governments, labour ministries, immigration authorities, statistics offices, international organisations and the employers themselves. Each post names and links them.

Does the published date of a post ever change?

No. The published date stays the same for good. The updated date changes only when the text or the facts of the post really change.

How are corrections made?

We check a reported error against the source and correct the post as soon as the check is done; the post's updated date then shows when it last changed.

Are there paid or sponsored posts?

Editorial content is not for sale. We do not publish paid or sponsored posts without a clear label, and we never publish fake reviews or testimonials.

Does Dev Global Jobs use AI?

Only as help, for example for a first draft, a translation or a language check. Every fact is checked against its source before a post is published.

How do I report an error?
