Is this a paid role with Dev Global Jobs?
No. It is a partnership. You earn 10% only when a verified employer you brought pays. There is nothing fixed and nothing is promised.
Do I earn from job seekers, clicks or traffic?
No. Only real payments by verified employers you brought count. Free posts and free trial posts earn nothing.
When do I get paid?
Each commission waits 30 to 60 days as a refund and safety window, then becomes ready. When your ready balance reaches $100 we pay once a month by Wise, Payoneer, PayPal or bank account after owner approval. Your balance never expires.
How is the employer linked to me?
Through your personal link, code or QR. The link works for 90 days from the first click and the code can be typed at sign-up. The first valid ambassador is locked to that employer.
What is not allowed?
Self-referral, fake employers, spam, bidding on our brand name in ads, misleading claims and cookie stuffing. Fraud closes the account and forfeits the unpaid balance.
