Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 grade level or GS-9-11 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using C# or C++ within a Windows development environment; 2) Applying Agile/Scrum software life-cycle methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver complex software engineering tasks; 3)Designing, developing, and integrating Web APIs or microservices using modern development frameworks (such as .NET); and 4) Ensuring systems software requirements are met through compatible engineering processes and standards in support of avionics, weapons, or complex defense/mission systems.
