Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or general management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role leading multi-disciplinary teams, with a track record of balancing short-term delivery against building sustainable, long-term value.

Demonstrated experience operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments where you had to adapt strategy in real time.

Experience prioritizing and reallocating resources across competing initiatives under time pressure, with specific examples of trade-off decisions you've made and their outcomes.

Hands-on experience implementing and running operating cadences, business metrics, and review processes (e.g.,QBRs, OKRs, KPI dashboards) to track team performance against goals.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams or departments (e.g., engineering, finance, marketing) without direct authority over all contributors, and successfully driving them to completion.
