Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Specialist Location: Nashik, Maharashtra Timings: Monday to Friday (7 PM to 3.30 AM) Night shift Experience: 0-3 Years Responsibilities: Market and place IT consultants on bench with US staffing vendors/clients Build and maintain relationships with vendors and recruiters. Submit resumes, follow up on interviews, and negotiate rates. Maintain consultant and vendor databases. Use LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and email marketing to generate opportunities.
