- Piloter et coordonner une équipe pluri-technique au quotidien. Organiser et suivre les interventions des prestataires et sous-traitants. Travailler en binôme avec le Responsable Gestion Patrimoniale et assurer son relais en cas d'absence. Assurer le suivi du tutorat et des formations AFEST. Encadrer et accompagner les personnes détenues affectées au service général, dans le respect des procédures et règles de sécurité du site. -
