Wat ga je doen: De cliënten wonen zelfstandig in een aangepaste woning. Jij ondersteunt hen bij dagelijkse handelingen op de momenten dat zij daar behoefte aan hebben. Als Helpende ADL assisteer je onder andere bij:
- Aan en uitkleden
- Wassen en toiletgang
- Verplaatsingen
- Eenvoudige verpleegtechnische assistentie De cliënt bepaalt welke ondersteuning nodig is en op welke manier jij helpt. Met jouw ondersteuning kunnen cliënten met een fysieke beperking zo zelfstandig mogelijk blijven wonen …
