Funciones: Realizar la atención al cliente y gestión de leads compartida por las empresas Caiman, Ordagro y TCL. Su función principal es brindar un excelente servicio al cliente al teléfono, en nuestros chats virtuales, canales de redes sociales y open channels, generar y gestionar leads a los comerciales responsables, así como asegurar el correcto seguimiento de las actividades comerciales en la plataforma Bitrix. Este puesto tiene un enfoque clave en la optimización de la experiencia del cliente y la generación de oportunidades de negocio para las tres empresas.
