We are hiring! Communication & Dissemination Assistant (20%) Stockholm

Massive Dynamic Sweden (MDS) is looking for a motivated student to join our team in a paid, part-time position (20%) with a hybrid working arrangement in Stockholm.

01Your role

You will support communication and dissemination activities across our ongoing EU-funded projects, including EMOFIN, an Erasmus+ project focused on preventing financial scams and fraud targeting older adults and other vulnerable groups through education, awareness-raising, and digital learning.

02Your tasks will include

• Creating content for websites, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other communication channels
• Designing promotional materials and supporting communication campaigns
• Supporting project events, webinars, and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinating with international partners and contributing to dissemination reporting
• Reaching out to external stakeholders for dissemination and communication

03Who we are looking for

• A student based in Stockholm, preferably studying communication, media, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish
• Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, WordPress, or similar tools
• A proactive, creative, and organised person interested in international projects that make a social impact
• Proven experience with designing visual marketing assets
