With around 140 colleagues across Freiburg, Munich, Vienna, and Porto (and remote), we cover the full spectrum from Consulting and UX Research to UX/UI Design, Software Development, and Digital Marketing, always learning in close collaboration with our clients.

02What you will do

• Support client engagements by assisting in the analysis of digital optimization and transformation opportunities

• Apply structured, analytical thinking to help reframe business challenges and develop hypotheses

• Help gather, consolidate, and document requirements, contributing to product development prioritization

• Work with data and analytics tools to surface insights that inform strategic recommendations

• Contribute to building client-ready presentations and recommendations under guidance

• Collaborate across teams to explore the intersection of digital technology and business

• Communicate ideas clearly and creatively, both in writing and in presentation

03What we expect

• Around 3 years of experience in digital consulting, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field

• A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn, you embrace a growth mindset

• Ambition to think beyond the obvious and take initiative

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Solid analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Fluency in both German and English
