We’re one of the world’s oldest start-ups, and we’re just getting started.

At Husqvarna Group, innovation is in our DNA. With over 330 years of heritage and a passion for pioneering technology, we design and deliver world class products and solutions for forest, park, garden and construction care. From robotic lawn mowers to cutting-edge chainsaws and sustainable battery systems, we’re shaping the future, and we want you to be part of it.

We are now scaling the use of AI across Husqvarna Group and are looking for an AI Product Owner to shape how large language models (LLMs) create value across our organization.

You will join our AI Hub, our AI Center of Excellence, working at the intersection of business and technology to accelerate the leverage and value of AI.

01About the role

In this role, you will own the LLM & Content Creation area within our broader AI portfolio and be the primary business owner for related initiatives across Husqvarna Group. You will shape the direction and portfolio, prioritize opportunities and guide solutions from discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, platform owners, governance functions and senior leadership, you will translate business needs into clear priorities and delivery-ready requirements. You will also help establish shared platforms, reusable capabilities, and responsible ways of working with LLMs across the organization.

Working alongside other Product Owners, each responsible for a defined area of the broader AI portfolio, you will help shape a coherent and scalable approach to AI across Husqvarna Group.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Own the direction and evolution of the LLM & Content Creation portfolio, translating business priorities into a clear product direction and roadmap.
  • Stay ahead of the evolving LLM landscape, turning new capabilities, market developments, and regulatory changes into relevant opportunities and recommendations.
  • Own the product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and prioritizing the backlog to scaled deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Bridge business and technology, translating operational needs into clear requirements and guiding platform, integration and solution decisions.
  • Embed responsible and reusable ways of working, including governance, evaluation, security, privacy, and human oversight.
  • Build AI capability across the organization, helping employees understand, adopt and use LLM solutions effectively and responsibly.
  • Drive adoption and measurable value, tracking performance and creating alignment across business, technology and senior stakeholders.

You will report to our VP of AI Value Acceleration.

02About you

You’re a structured and value-driven Product Owner who enjoys working in complex, cross-functional environments. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and can turn emerging technology into practical business outcomes. You communicate complex topics clearly, build trust across disciplines, and are comfortable making informed decisions in an evolving area.

03Your skills and background

  • A university degree in engineering or another relevant technical field, such as computer science, information technology or data science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience leading digital products, AI initiatives or technology-enabled transformation across multiple stakeholder groups, ideally in an international organization.
  • Strong product ownership skills, including strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, requirements definition and value realization.
  • A solid understanding of large language models and related concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation, multimodal interaction, grounding, evaluation and human oversight.
  • The ability to translate between business needs, user experience, data requirements and technical possibilities. Deep engineering expertise is not required, but you can engage credibly with technical teams.
  • Strong business judgement, with the ability to assess opportunities, make trade-offs and define measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create alignment across business, technology and governance functions.
  • Product and data literacy, using user feedback, evaluation results, usage patterns and business performance data to guide decisions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
