01About our team

Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built.

We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale, powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software.

As we scale our operations and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our product team with leaders who can combine technical strength with execution excellence and are driven to build.

Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.

02Job Summary

As a Senior Developer Relations lead, you will help developers discover, understand, adopt, and get value from Radiant’s cloud platform.

You’ll work across developer education, technical content, community, product feedback, demos, reference implementations, and ecosystem engagement, partnering closely with product, engineering, solutions, marketing, and customers.

This is a technical, hands-on role focused on building trust with developers, improving adoption, and creating a strong feedback loop between the market and the product.

03Key Responsibilities

  • Own Radiant’s developer relations strategy and execution across content, community, events, and product adoption.

  • Create high-quality technical content, including tutorials, guides, reference architectures, demos, sample applications, and best practices.

  • Build and maintain reference implementations, code samples, SDK examples, and developer resources.

  • Engage directly with developers, customers, and technical communities to understand pain points and improve the product experience.

  • Represent Radiant at technical events, meetups, conferences, workshops, and online communities.

  • Partner with product and engineering to turn developer feedback into clear product insights and priorities.

  • Help improve documentation, onboarding, developer experience, and time-to-first-workload.

  • Support launches by creating the technical narrative, demos, and educational materials developers need to adopt new capabilities.

  • Track engagement, adoption, developer sentiment, and the effectiveness of DevRel programs.

04Qualifications

  • Experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, product engineering, or a similar technical role.

  • Strong technical background and comfortable building real examples using APIs, SDKs, cloud infrastructure, and modern developer tooling.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.

  • Comfortable with technologies such as LLM inference, training, python, APIs, containers, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and developer platforms.

  • Experience creating technical content, demos, workshops, or open-source examples.

  • Comfortable engaging directly with developers and technical communities.

  • Able to balance education, community building, product feedback, and adoption.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership.

05What you bring

  • Technical credibility: You can build, test, and explain the product yourself.

  • Developer empathy: You understand how developers evaluate, adopt, and struggle with platforms.

  • Communication: You can make complex infrastructure understandable and engaging.

  • Community mindset: You build long-term relationships rather than just driving short-term promotion.

  • Product instinct: You turn developer feedback into useful insights for product and engineering.

  • Ownership: You can take an idea from content or event concept through execution, measurement, and iteration.

06Our values

  • Set the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up

  • Inspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future. You’ll embrace challenges and change

  • You’re real and you’re true to yourself: We cherish and celebrate diversity so you’ll feel right at home whoever you are and whoever you’re talking to, you treat everyone the same.

07Why should you join us?

What sets us apart is our blend of modern technology, competitive benefits, and an open, welcoming work culture that enables our people to thrive.

Here are just some of the great things you can expect from us:

  • 25 days of annual leave

  • A culture that emphasises results over hierarchy, process & ego: we place great emphasis on the quality, ingenuity and creativity of work.

  • Open communication, regular feedback: we value smooth collaboration, direct and actionable feedback, and believe that leading with empathy and a growth mindset makes us better together.

  • Learning Time: we all have dedicated learning time to focus on new skills, projects or interests that lay outside of your day-to-day job.

  • Health & Wellbeing: we want everyone to feel healthy and happy, so we offer private medical insurance via Bupa.

  • Cycle to Work Scheme: we're committed to building a sustainable business, so we encourage cycling to work.

  • Gympass subscription to a variety of gyms and wellbeing apps

  • Participation in the company shares program

  • Enhanced parental pay & leave
