03Your mandate

• Shape company strategy and own technology end to end.

• Stay deeply hands-on: write code, ship products, and drive business outcomes.

• Build a top-tier engineering organization within 6-12 months: attract talent, develop leaders, and enable teams to deliver independently.

• Set technical direction, balancing speed, reliability, and long-term advantage.

• Build trust with customers, investors, and future hires as PLACED's technical voice.

04Your profile

• 5+ years in SaaS, with proven shipping and seed-to-Series-A scaling experience.

• Deep technical expertise, strong commercial judgment, and a practical AI-first mindset.

• Clear communication and sound decisions across product, engineering, and business priorities.

• A track record of building teams with ownership, candor, and accountability.

• A 5-10-year ambition for PLACED and full founder commitment.
