  • Use user feedback, operational data, and service performance measures to identify opportunities and deliver continuous improvements.
  • Enhance the end-to-end support experience, including intake, triage, escalation, and collaboration with resolving teams.
  • Balance user experience, service reliability, efficiency, cost, and risk when making product decisions and prioritization trade-offs.
  • Explore and implement opportunities for self-service, automation, knowledge management, and AI-enabled support capabilities.

03Who You Are

  • You have experience in product ownership, service development, or a similar role where you have successfully prioritized improvements and delivered results through collaboration.
  • You understand first-line IT support processes, incident management, escalation practices, and service-level-driven delivery in a global environment.
  • You are confident using data and stakeholder insights to make informed decisions and manage dependencies.
  • You communicate clearly, build strong stakeholder relationships, and work effectively across teams.
  • You are curious about innovation and motivated to improve support experiences through automation, self-service, and responsible use of AI.

04This Is Us

Digital Workplace within Scania IT is responsible for enabling modern and reliable digital services that help employees perform their daily work efficiently.
