01Help Us Build The Future of Travel

At Airalo, we make it easier for people to stay connected wherever they travel. As the world's first eSIM store, we help millions of travelers access mobile data in over 200 countries and regions.

We’re a fully remote team of 400+ people across 60+ countries, building a product used at a global scale every day. Work here is structured but fast-moving, with clear ownership and the space to make decisions without unnecessary layers.

For many people joining us from the UK, it’s the combination that stands out: transparency, meaningful autonomy, and the ability to do high impact work without in office constraints.

02Your Next Destination

Curious what it's actually like to work at Airalo? We've put together a guide for each of the hubs we hire from most, covering our benefits, remote culture, employment setup, and what our team values most:

Airalo is looking for a Senior Director, Brand to own our global brand strategy and lead the team that brings it to life across every market and every product line, B2C, B2B, and B2B2C. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll sit on the marketing leadership team, own the brand P&L conversation, and lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning brand management, creative, and brand systems.

This is a senior leadership role: you're not just executing brand strategy, you're setting it, building the team and structure to scale it, and developing the next generation of brand leaders underneath you.

What You'll Do:

03Brand Strategy & Vision

  • Own Airalo's global brand strategy and roadmap, grounded in a deep understanding of users, market trends, competitive landscape, and category data.
  • Set brand direction, product launch strategy, and go-to-market plans across all active regions (APAC, Arabia & Africa, Europe, North & South America).
  • Represent brand at the marketing leadership table, advising the CMO and cross-functional leaders (Product, Growth, Partnerships) on brand implications of major decisions.
  • 04Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and grow a team of Brand Managers, Creative leads, and Brand Systems specialists across regions and time zones.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop your team's managers, building bench strength and a clear path for their own progression into leadership.
  • Own team structure and resourcing decisions as the function scales.
  • 05Brand Performance & Governance

  • Monitor and analyze brand and category performance, market penetration, and new user acquisition, including competitive benchmarking against forecast.
  • Own brand tone of voice, guidelines, and governance across every channel and market, ensuring consistency at global scale.
  • Report brand health and performance to senior leadership, translating data into clear action plans.
  • 06Brand Experience & Execution

  • Direct internal teams and creative agencies to build fit-for-purpose toolkits (copy, digital, social, eCommerce, in-store/activation) and guide local delivery teams on execution.
  • Own content marketing strategy, driving traffic, engagement, lead generation, retention, and brand awareness across email, social, blog, and other owned channels.
  • Champion big ideas at key user touchpoints, including promotions and campaigns.
  • What you'll bring:
  • 10+ years of brand/marketing experience in product-led, hyper-growth, fast-paced B2C, B2B, and/or B2B2C environments, including 7+ years leading and scaling brand or marketing teams.
  • Proven track record building and scaling brand functions and teams across regions/time zones in a highly competitive category.
  • Strong track record partnering with senior leadership (CMO/C-suite level) and influencing cross-functional strategy across brand, growth, product, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, including group presentation and public speaking.
  • High-quality judgment, end-to-end thinking, and strong analytical rigor.
  • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive; comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
  • 07Why People Join Us In the UK

We started Airalo to make staying connected effortless, wherever you are in the world. Today, millions of travelers rely on our eSIMs, and many of the people building the product first discovered us as customers.

Our team spans 60+ countries, but what people often notice quickly is how work actually feels here. There’s trust to own what you do, space to focus without constant layers of process, and a clear sense of what you’re responsible for from day one.

As Airalo continues to grow, people tend to stay for a mix of things: the chance to work on a product used globally, the autonomy to shape how they work, and the opportunity to keep taking on new challenges without getting stuck in one lane.
