01Assignment Description

Volvo Group is rolling out SAP Concur, a global platform for Travel and Expense Management, across its countries and organisations. Following pilot deployments in France and Sweden, the platform will be introduced more widely over the coming years, replacing existing systems and manual processes.

The Roll-Out Project Manager will lead and coordinate the global rollout, ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with the steering committee, Digital Product Manager, Digital Product Owner, Travel and Expense Product team, and external supplier.

A key focus will be stakeholder management across HR, Accounting, Tax, and payment processes, ensuring requirements are addressed and countries are prepared for implementation.

02What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate SAP Concur rollout activities across countries and organisations.
• Manage project and resource planning with the Digital Product Manager and Digital Product Owner.
• Organise requirements-gathering sessions and coordinate delivery activities.
• Ensure project quality and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and facilitate steering committee meetings and report project progress.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor project costs and manage delivery follow-up.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and resolve project challenges.
• Support country onboarding, training, and change management.
• Work closely with product teams, external suppliers, and steering committee members.

03What You Bring

• At least 8 years of proven experience as a senior project manager leading large-scale rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation, and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product-oriented organisations.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and cost follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including explaining complex topics clearly.
• A structured approach and the ability to bring order to complex environments.

04Meritorious

• Experience leading SAP Concur or other Travel and Expense solution rollouts.
• Experience leading projects within HR.
• Experience with SaaS implementations.
