01Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for digital business solutions in Malmö.

02What You Will Work On

• Understand business processes, user needs, and the value expected from digital solutions.
• Gather, structure, and translate business requirements into priorities and development initiatives.
• Coordinate communication between local business teams, IT, central product teams, and external suppliers.
• Clarify system dependencies, interfaces, responsibilities, and integration requirements.
• Ensure that questions and requirements are directed to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support agile and product-oriented ways of working.
• Drive progress on complex issues involving multiple teams and unclear ownership.
• Contribute to long-term business value, implementation, change management, and user adoption.

03What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar business-facing coordination role.
• Experience gathering and translating business needs into requirements, priorities, or development initiatives.
• Good understanding of business processes, IT systems, and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management experience in organisations with multiple internal and external parties.
• Experience with agile and product-oriented working methods.
• Ability to create structure and drive progress in complex situations with unclear responsibilities.
• Experience working between local business operations and central or international product teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

04Meritorious

• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or asset management.
• Experience with Copperleaf or other Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Asset Investment Planning solutions.
• Experience with integration-intensive IT environments.
• Experience with outsourcing and external supplier collaboration.
• Experience with centrally or internationally governed products.
• Experience establishing or developing Product Owner roles and product-oriented ways of working.
• Experience in change management, implementation, and user adoption.
