  • Contribute to a scalable foundation: Help implement and improve our modular Android architecture using MVVM, Kotlin Coroutines, and Android architecture components.

  • Turn ideas into working solutions: Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and fellow engineers to transform requirements into functional mobile experiences.

  • Deliver a reliable MVP: Contribute to the team's goal of delivering 80% of prioritized MVP user flows, integrating backend APIs and ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Write code we're proud of: Maintain high code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and clear documentation.

  • Make development better every day: Support improvements to our CI/CD pipelines, development workflows, and shared components while learning from feedback and team discussions.

03What we're looking for

  • Android development experience: Around 1-3 years of hands-on experience building native Android applications, or equivalent experience gained through internships or personal projects.

  • Kotlin knowledge: A solid understanding of Kotlin and familiarity with Jetpack Compose and modern Android development practices.

  • Android fundamentals: Understanding of Android architecture components, MVVM, and asynchronous programming with Kotlin Coroutines.

  • API integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and Git-based development workflows.

  • Quality mindset: You care about writing clean, maintainable code and are eager to improve your testing and debugging skills.

  • Collaborative approach: You enjoy solving problems with others, are open to feedback, and communicate confidently in English.

04Bonus points for

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Espresso.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app release processes.
  • Knowledge of Material Design guidelines and Google Play Store deployment.
  • Experience with Java or working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • German language skills.
