01Internal Communications Lead
Elliptic has been tracking down crypto crime since 2013, trusted by banks, businesses, and governments worldwide to keep the financial system safe. Today, our compliance tools cover the large majority of global crypto exchange volume, and a $120m Series D is fueling the next stage of that work.
You'll be the first person to own internal communications at Elliptic end to end, reporting to our COO and connecting three hundred people across nine offices to one strategy. You'll know what's coming before it happens, decide how, when and to whom it lands, and work with a CEO and leadership team who already want to communicate well.
By month six, Company Update will be running to its refreshed format with you as MC, the leadership team will be planning from a rolling three-month communications calendar, and a champion network will carry news into every major office.
02What you'll bring
Writing that stands out, including in a CEO's voice: you would rather cut two hundred words than add them
A track record owning internal communications in a fast-scaling technology company, including an all-hands or company-wide forum end to end
An instinct for sequencing change, who hears first and who hears next, and the confidence to tell an executive team when a message will not land
A global mindset, and a real appetite for the budgeted travel to our US and APAC hubs that comes with the role
Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow, you use them to move faster and think better, and you know when not to trust them
03What you'll do
Own Company Update end to end, from editorial planning and speaker prep to MC duties and follow-up, across our monthly update, quarterly Ask Us Anything and regional takeovers
Build and run the communications calendar with the leadership team, and lead the communications for launches, organisational change and leadership news
Write for and with the CEO and leadership team, and brief managers with talking points before announcements land, not after
Own our internal channels, from Slack and the knowledge base to a new Weekly People Update and a culture champion network spanning every office
04What we offer you
How we work
Hybrid working and the option to work from almost anywhere for up to 90 days per year
£500 remote working budget to set up your home office space
Learning & Development
$1,000 Learning & Development budget to use on anything (agreed with your manager) that contributes to your growth and development
