GTM (Go-to-Market) Engineer (m/f/d), Build our outbound engine | Remote EU or Berlin

A newly funded cybersecurity startup in Berlin is looking for a GTM Engineer to join as a team member and help design the core security, identity, and enforcement foundations of a next-generation AI-powered security risk management platform.

We are an early-stage startup founded by experienced cybersecurity leaders with backgrounds in Israeli Intelligence units. We are looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer. We’re building a next-generation cyber enforcement platform that helps enterprises understand, measure, and reduce identity risk at scale. Our goal is to turn complex identity and security data into clear, actionable risk insights that CISOs and CTOs can trust. You will work from scratch on core platform components from day one, shaping how modern enterprises manage and reason about risk using cloud-native systems and AI-driven analysis and automated enforcement through AI Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot as our single source of truth, auto-create companies on signal, sync enrichment back, build the webhooks that keep it running untouched

• Visitor identification and intent tracking, so we know which companies are actually interested

• Build enrichment in Clay or other Tool and automate the ICP check

• Own deliverability end to end: warming, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation, bounce handling.

• Build our AI knowledge base, ICP, personas, use cases, tone, and generate messages, sequences and call scripts at scale

• Run LinkedIn, email and phone as one coordinated motion, with every activity flowing back into HubSpot

• Build and run sequences; A/B test messaging and handle reply routing

• Set up call tooling, dialer, recording, transcript capture and auto-logging into HubSpot

• Turn every conference into a working campaign by the time we land back in Berlin

• Report on what converts so the AE knows which accounts are worth the call

• Decide what we automate next

• Build our automation from scratch

Must have

• 2+ years building GTM or outbound automation, hands-on

• Clay (or equivalent waterfall enrichment) plus scripting, Python or JavaScript

• HubSpot or comparable CRM, including API and webhook work

• Email deliverability: warming, authentication, inbox rotation, bounce handling

• Experience wiring multiple tools into one pipeline, not just configuring templates

• EU-based

• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders

• Ability to build things from scratch at early stage startup

• High ownership mentality, startup mindset, and ability to move quickly.

• Experience in early stage startup or scale-up environments

• Low ego, high commitment, and a true tech startup mentality.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• LinkedIn automation (HeyReach, Expandi) and cold email platforms (Instantly, Smartlead)

• Visitor identification and intent tooling (Leadfeeder, Leadinfo, Dealfront)

• Dialer or conversation intelligence (Aircall, Gong)

• Prompt engineering and LLM content generation at scale

• German reading ability, for European list quality

• B2B SaaS or cybersecurity background

• SQL and data modelling
