If you’re a top-performing recruiter ready to move into a leadership-focused role, NonStop Consulting is offering the platform to do it. Following 15 successful years operating in Zug, we are expanding into Lucerne-and seeking a Lead Recruitment Consultant to help steer and scale this new division.
This position is designed for an experienced recruiter who wants to manage key relationships, lead market strategy, and position themselves at the front of the line for team management as the office expands.

Leadership Trajectory: Direct, rapid route into team management, division head, or account director roles as the Lucerne office grows.
Ground-Floor Ownership: Take a lead role in shaping office culture, client strategy, and market coverage from day one.

What We’re Looking For
We need an ambitious recruiter ready to step up and take ownership of a growing market.
Billing History: Strong track record of individual recruitment billing (250k CHF+ annually).
Account & Market Management: Experience generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue independently.
Leadership Potential: The commercial drive and interpersonal skills to mentor others, build a desk, and grow into formal leadership.
Languages: Fluent English is required. Professional/Fluent German is strongly preferred; French is a plus.
