02The role

Open Firstwork's enterprise market in the UK and Europe, with employers whose frontline workforces span many sites and countries, each with its own rules. That complexity is where Firstwork is strongest. Firstwork sits on top of the systems that customers already use, lands in one workflow or site, and expands across the business.

You'll sell to UK care home groups, logistics and distribution, retail, hospitality and facilities management, plus German facilities management and real estate services. Your buyers are Group HR Directors, Chief People Officers, CFOs, Operations Directors, Heads of Resourcing and Heads of Compliance, with HRIS leads in every deal. They care about CQC and regulator compliance in care, right-to-work across many sites, agency spend, and the cost of hiring and keeping frontline workers at scale.

03What you'll do

• Pick named enterprise accounts, get the first meeting and turn it into a funded initiative where no buying process existed

• Map and multi-thread the whole buying group: champion, economic buyer, blockers, HRIS, security, data protection and procurement

• Build the business case on labour, compliance and agency cost, and take it through security review and procurement

• Land in one site or department, then expand site by site and country by country

• Sell alongside our AI Deployment Specialists, forward-deployed engineers and consulting partners

04What we're looking for

• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years closing new business and 2+ years with large UK or European employers

• You've personally opened named enterprise accounts and turned them into funded initiatives, and you can explain exactly how

• You've closed six-figure deals through security review and procurement as the lead seller

• You've sold to group-level buyers (Group HR Director, CPO, CFO, Operations Director), multi-threaded across the business

• You've expanded accounts site by site after the first land

05Strong signals

• A consultative transformation or applied AI background

• Proof across care, logistics, hospitality, retail or facilities, and you know CQC

• German, French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian, with relevant frontline-enterprise experience

• You've started or have an interest in selling AI agents or automation to UK or European enterprises with large frontline workforces

• You've sold alongside Workday or SAP SuccessFactors

• You've sold HR, workforce, compliance or care technology
