Senior Cloud Developer

Do you enjoy taking ownership of a whole system, from cloud architecture to the conversations that shape it? Framna is looking for a Senior Cloud Developer to own the technical direction of a solution for one of our long-term partners. Over time, the role could evolve to include technical leadership within our Gothenburg studio.

Framna partners with some of the world’s most ambitious brands, like Swish, SJ, Vattenfall, and SEB, to create digital products that define markets and deliver real-world impact. We are more than 600 people across ten studios globally, building apps and digital products used by millions every day.

As our next Senior Cloud Developer, you’ll be based in our Gothenburg studio, leading the technical work and collaborating closely with our partner's teams and tech leads.

You’ll work on a business-critical software solution in the medical technology space, spanning frontend, backend and mobile, and running on Azure. The role combines hands-on technical work with collaboration across business, regulatory, legal and IT to navigate complex requirements and shape practical solutions.

You’ll also be part of Framna’s wider cloud and engineering community, where developers across our studios regularly exchange knowledge and learn from one another.

In your day-to-day, you’ll lead the team’s software delivery, ensuring releases meet quality and regulatory requirements and that changes remain well-documented and traceable. You’ll also validate technical proposals with regulatory stakeholders and contribute to architecture discussions and ISO audits.

More specifically, you will:

• Own the technical direction of a solution with React and Angular frontends, C# backends and a .NET MAUI mobile app, all running on Azure

• Run discussions with the partners’s commercial, regulatory, legal and IT stakeholders, and turn their requirements into working solutions

• Break work into stories, delegate within the team and build hands-on in the stack

• Take a leading role in representing Framna externally, alongside our sales team in Gothenburg. You’ll meet existing and prospective partners and help shape solutions and proposals.

Are you ready to make this role your own? You might recognise yourself if you:

• Have solid experience building backend and cloud solutions with C#/.NET on Azure, ideally with some frontend or mobile experience too.

• Understand how different parts of a software solution interact, from applications and APIs to cloud infrastructure.

• Take ownership of technical decisions and quality, with a structured approach to documentation and traceability. Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.

• Enjoy sharing your knowledge, guiding other developers and helping a team find the right technical solutions.

• Communicate confidently with partners and stakeholders, connecting technical decisions to business needs. You’re comfortable presenting, facilitating workshops and contributing to commercial discussions.

• Are curious about AI-assisted and agentic development, and actively explore how AI tools can improve your everyday work.

A role with real impact. You’ll take technical responsibility for software developed for a medical device, already in production, and work directly with the partner's business, regulatory and architecture leads.

Help shape our Gothenburg studio. Framna is already a team of 160 people in Sweden, and now we’re growing our presence in Gothenburg. Please note: we’re studio first, with our Gothenburg studio as our main hub for demos, fika, and everyday collaboration, mixed with the freedom to work from home when it makes sense. You need to be based in Gothenburg or within commuting distance. Unfortunately we’re not able to offer relocation.
