TMO Planning Specialist, ERP Transformation Programme

Are you an experienced planning specialist who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex transformation programmes? Do you thrive in an international environment where your analytical skills and ability to see the bigger picture make a real difference?

We are looking for an experienced TMO Planning Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients, a leading international company within the industrial sector.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale ERP transformation programme, ensuring effective planning, resource management and risk control across multiple projects and teams.

The role

You will work closely with programme leadership and delivery teams to maintain an integrated view of programme progress, resources and risks.

Your main responsibility will be to coordinate planning across multiple ERP rollout projects, identify dependencies and resource constraints, and provide senior stakeholders with clear insights to support informed decisions.

The role combines strategic programme planning with hands-on analysis, coordination and continuous improvement.

What you will do
  • Develop and maintain an integrated programme plan covering multiple ERP projects and rollouts.

  • Establish common milestones, planning structures and reporting routines.

  • Monitor project dependencies, identify potential conflicts and anticipate delivery risks.

  • Manage resource allocation, capacity planning and forecasting across delivery teams.

  • Identify resource bottlenecks and recommend adjustments to priorities and resource allocation.

  • Maintain a programme-wide risk register with clear ownership and escalation procedures.

  • Analyse planning, resource and risk data to provide actionable insights to programme leadership.

  • Support scenario planning and replanning when scope, timelines or resources change.

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Who you are

We believe you are a structured, analytical and proactive professional who enjoys working in complex environments.

You understand both the details of individual projects and the overall programme perspective. You are comfortable working with data, identifying challenges and communicating clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

You likely have:

  • Solid experience in programme planning within large-scale ERP implementations or business transformation programmes.

  • Experience managing complex, integrated plans involving multiple projects and teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in resource management, capacity planning and forecasting.

  • Experience managing project dependencies, risks and delivery constraints.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • The ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers.

  • A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach.

  • Experience establishing and maintaining planning processes in complex environments.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have
  • Experience from international ERP transformation programmes.

  • Background in industrial or manufacturing organisations.

  • Experience working within a TMO, PMO or similar function.

  • Knowledge of programme planning and resource management tools.

  • Good communication skills in Swedish.

Why this role?
  • Be part of a major ERP transformation programme with significant business impact.

  • Work closely with experienced programme leaders and international teams.

  • Play a central role in planning, resource management and risk visibility.

  • Contribute to strategic decisions and successful programme delivery.

  • A challenging consulting assignment with opportunities for professional development.
