Experience preparing and delivering comprehensive financial briefings, reports, and recommendations to facilitate data-driven decision making. Supervisory and Advisory Responsibilities: Proven ability to provide technical and administrative guidance to subordinate staff, offering advice, counsel, and instruction on both financial operations and broader administrative matters.

This includes directing teams responsible for the development, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of financial and business operations essential to VHA program success.
