About the role

01We pull medical technology from the future to solve human health

Scarlet is authorised to assess and certify medical devices. We combine clinical, technical and regulatory expertise with AI agents and software so rigorous certification can keep pace with product development at the world’s most ambitious technology companies, without lowering the safety bar.

Our customers have cut a year or more from their certification timelines for new AI-enabled medical devices and shortened product-update cycles from months to weeks. You’ll join a team building the infrastructure that makes these outcomes repeatable at scale.

02Who you are

  • You have spent at least 3 years organising events, exceptional hospitality experiences, or in an operations role

  • You love problem solving and are fascinated by how to make an events engine hum - from venue sourcing to invite workflows to guest experience and more

  • You have a deep passion for IRL experiences and you’re excited to enable the impact of Scarlet’s events and community to grow exponentially across the world

  • You have outstanding organisational skills, care about clean data and processes, use AI agents in your work, and you also like to get hands-on

  • You approach problems from first principles and adhere to MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) principles

03Desirable

  • You have experience building automations within CRMs

  • You've worked in a start-up environment with high ownership

  • You've built event processes, playbooks, or systems that support growth

04What the job involves

We believe in the impact of premium, IRL experiences. We organise 10+ of these per month across the world, and this will soon be 30+. We’re looking for someone to join our Growth team, working closely with our Experience Lead, to develop and scale the systems and processes needed to expand our world-class in-person events globally.

  • Work closely with our Experience Lead to organise premium experiences for customers, sales prospects, media, and other industry stakeholders

  • Use agents and work hands-on to build and optimise the system(s) that scale our IRL events and community

  • Build and maintain event playbooks to ensure consistent, world-class delivery as we scale

  • Identify opportunities for automation while preserving a high-touch, hyper-hospitable guest experience

  • Book incredible venues, manage guest logistics, and help produce attendee-delighting events

  • Create thoughtful pre-event workflows that scale but remain personal

  • Craft tools to find exceptional event spaces in any city

  • Work closely with Sales teammates to design systems that find the right guests, manage invitations, track attendance, and surface important attendee insights

05The interview process

  1. Intro call with Dan - 20 mins

  2. Interview call with Emily - 30 mins

  3. Technical interviews with Alice & Dan - 2x1 hour

  4. Culture and values interview with James & Jamie - 2x30 mins
