01About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies-from the world’s largest enterprises to ambitious startups-use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

02About the team

The Enterprise LATAM Sales team builds and expands relationships with some of the largest and most complex businesses in the region. We help enterprises modernize their financial infrastructure, launch new business models, and grow locally and globally using Stripe.

We’re looking for a frontline sales manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives based in São Paulo, Brazil. You’ll be responsible for setting the team’s strategy, delivering against ambitious revenue targets, and helping sellers navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities. You’ll also partner closely with Solutions Architecture, Product, Risk, Legal, Marketing, and other teams to deepen Stripe’s presence across LATAM.

03What you’ll do

As Sales Manager, Enterprise, LATAM, you’ll recruit, coach, and lead a team responsible for developing new strategic relationships and expanding Stripe’s footprint within existing enterprise users. You’ll combine strong people leadership with hands-on deal coaching, disciplined business management, and a deep understanding of the Brazilian market.

04Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives spanning Startups, SMB’s, Platforms and Large Enterprises.
  • Establish the team’s long-term vision, go-to-market strategy, and operating rhythm for LATAM.
  • Own team-level revenue, activation, pipeline, and other sales targets.
  • Coach Account Executives across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, business-case development, solution design, negotiation, close, and long-term account growth.
  • Develop the team’s capabilities in collaborative pipeline generation, consultative and solution-based selling, closing strategy, and MEDDIIC.
  • Help the team create and execute territory and account strategies that generate new business and expand Stripe’s footprint within existing users.
  • Provide hands-on coaching for complex opportunities, including executive engagement, deal strategy, commercial structuring, and negotiation.
  • Build trusted relationships with strategic customers, industry leaders, partners, and senior stakeholders across the region.
  • Work cross-functionally with Solutions Architecture, Product, Risk, Legal, Marketing, and other teams to develop solutions that address users’ business and technical needs.
  • Maintain high standards for account planning, stakeholder mapping, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the payments landscape and the priorities of enterprise businesses across Brazil and LATAM.
  • Inspire and motivate the team while supporting each team member’s performance, professional development, and long-term career growth.
  • Represent the needs of Brazil users internally and contribute to Stripe’s evolving enterprise sales strategy, processes, and culture.

05Who you are

You are a strategic, hands-on sales leader with experience building and coaching enterprise technology sales teams. You have a record of delivering strong commercial results, developing talent, and helping sellers navigate complex customer environments.

You’re a self-starting builder who is comfortable operating in an ambitious, fast-changing environment. You can move between setting regional strategy, coaching an individual seller, engaging an executive customer, and collaborating with technical and product teams.

06Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience, including experience as a successful quota-carrying Account Executive, and/or 5+ years of frontline sales-management experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, banking, payments, or a related field.

  • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding individual or team sales targets.
  • Experience developing and executing regional, territory, and account strategies.
  • Experience coaching sellers through complex, end-to-end sales cycles involving technical, commercial, product, risk, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with strategic customers, senior executives, industry leaders, and partners.
  • Strong commercial judgment and experience supporting complex deal strategies and negotiations.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements, communicate technical concepts clearly, and connect Stripe’s capabilities to customer value.
  • Experience partnering across functions to address complex customer needs and deliver thoughtful solutions.
  • Strong business-management skills, including pipeline inspection, forecasting, performance management, and operating cadence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Strong presentation, influence, and stakeholder-management skills with senior audiences, in person and virtually.
  • Experience operating in an ambiguous, high-growth, technology-forward environment.
  • Ability to work from Stripe’s Sao Paulo office in accordance with the team’s in-office expectations.

07Preferred qualifications

  • Experience selling payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, technical SaaS, cloud or data infrastructure, developer tools, or another complex enterprise technology.
  • Experience leading enterprise sales teams in Brazil or across multiple LATAM markets.
  • Familiarity with Brazil’s payments ecosystem and the broader financial-services landscape across LATAM.
