01Assignment Description

We are looking for two senior consultants in system testing, verification, and quality assurance for an assignment within Surface Automation.

You will join a newly established cross-functional test team responsible for strengthening quality assurance across complex software-based systems. The focus is on verifying quality across product and system boundaries while developing sustainable testing processes and practices.

02What You Will Work On

• Analyse system requirements to ensure they are clear, verifiable, and testable.
• Design, document, and execute test cases based on system requirements.
• Perform verification at multiple levels, including integration, system, and fleet testing.
• Identify critical customer scenarios, quality risks, and system dependencies.
• Analyse test results, document findings, and communicate issues clearly.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and other technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving test processes, quality assurance practices, and verification methods.

03What You Bring

• Senior-level experience in system testing and software verification.
• Strong expertise in requirements analysis, test design, and hands-on test execution.
• Experience testing complex systems and integrations.
• Ability to analyse and document test results and communicate findings effectively.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong collaboration skills and attention to product quality.
• Availability to work onsite in Örebro five days per week, with access to test laboratories.
