02Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages according to Hard Rock standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging service while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout every shift.
• Take orders, process payments, and handle guest requests efficiently and professionally.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality in every drink.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and proper handling and storage of beverages.
• Work closely with the bar, floor, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

03What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar bar or restaurant role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and basic mixology.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating excellent guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• The ability to stay organized, work efficiently, and remain calm during busy shifts.
• A team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
