01Why this role matters

The UC product organization is at the heart of Vonage's Applications business. As Senior Director of Product Management for Unified Communications, you will have full ownership of execution across the UCaaS portfolio, turning product direction into clear plans, coordinated delivery and measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the GM of UC/CC, you will lead a team of Directors and Senior Product Managers and partner closely with the Head of Strategy to define and maintain the complete product roadmap. Your leadership will ensure priorities are translated into high-quality releases and market impact at scale.

02Your key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of the Unified Communications product roadmap, translating agreed strategic direction into sequenced priorities, delivery plans and measurable outcomes
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of Directors and Senior Product Managers, setting clear accountability and maintaining a strong operating cadence across the portfolio
  • Partner with the Head of Strategy to define and maintain the complete multi-year roadmap, combining market direction and company priorities with delivery capacity, dependencies and customer commitments
  • Coordinate Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to convert roadmap priorities into executable plans, resolve dependencies, and deliver compelling products on time
  • Establish portfolio governance and decision-making mechanisms that keep teams focused, surface trade-offs early, and ensure resources remain aligned to the highest-impact work
  • Own product execution KPIs and business outcomes, including delivery predictability, adoption, quality and commercial impact; report progress, risks and corrective actions to the GM of UC/CC and senior leadership
  • Drive launch readiness and go-to-market execution with Product Marketing and commercial teams, ensuring positioning, pricing, enablement and customer rollout plans are complete and coordinated.

03Required

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role managing managers and driving execution across complex, cross-functional portfolios
  • Demonstrated success delivering and scaling UCaaS, CCaaS or cloud communications products in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment
  • Deep domain expertise in unified communications, including voice/telephony, video, messaging, mobility and collaboration
  • Proven ability to translate portfolio strategy into an executable roadmap, operating plan and reliable delivery across multiple product teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive decisions, manage trade-offs and provide clear delivery accountability to C-suite and Executive Leadership
  • Experience leading execution in a global, cross-functional environment with distributed engineering and go-to-market teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.

04Experience we consider a plus

  • Experience with AI-driven product features in a communications or collaboration context (e.g. transcription, virtual agents, intelligent routing)
  • Familiarity with channel and partner go-to-market models in UC/CCaaS
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
  • Prior experience at a Tier 1 cloud communications or UCaaS provider.

05How you'll benefit

  • 401(k)
  • Leave of Absence
  • Employment Verification
  • Workers Compensation
  • Ericsson Care Line
  • Discretionary Time Off (DTO)
  • Volunteer Time (VTO)
