Do you enjoy finding the tiny details that make a big difference? As a component tester, you will help make digital solutions stable, reliable and ready to meet real user needs. Your work will connect testing, technology and teamwork-plus a healthy amount of curiosity.
You will work with component-level testing throughout the development process. That means checking that individual parts behave as expected, spotting issues early and helping the team turn findings into better solutions.
01What you will do
You will plan, perform and improve tests for digital components. The role includes both hands-on testing and close collaboration with people working across development and product-related areas.
- Create and maintain component test cases based on requirements and expected behaviour
- Execute manual and automated tests
- Investigate, reproduce and document defects clearly
- Work with developers to identify root causes and verify fixes
- Contribute to test automation and continuous improvement of testing methods
- Share test results and help make quality visible across the team
02What you bring
We are looking for someone who is structured, curious and comfortable asking questions when something does not quite add up. You enjoy working with technical details while keeping the bigger user experience in mind.
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing or a similar quality-focused role
- Experience with component testing, test case design and defect reporting
- Familiarity with test automation and scripting
- Understanding of software development and testing life cycles
- Ability to analyse problems, reproduce issues and communicate findings clearly
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
Experience with the following is considered a merit:
- Working with continuous integration and continuous delivery environments
- Using version control systems such as Git
- Testing APIs or integrations
- Working in cross-functional teams
- Experience with tools for test management or defect tracking
03Why join us?
You will join a private company in HR and recruitment technology, focused on developing scalable, digital solutions. The organisation combines people, data and digital technology in an innovative and collaborative environment, with a focus on improving experiences for candidates, recruiters and HR teams.
The company offers a flexible and open culture that values diversity, respect and psychological safety. You will have opportunities to learn, share knowledge, take initiative and develop professionally while contributing to work that brings together technology and human-centred thinking.
- Flexible work arrangements, including opportunities for remote or hybrid work
- Comprehensive health insurance and pension plans
- Generous leave and holiday policies, often including extra leave for important life events
- Opportunities for professional development and career growth
