Country ICT Manager

Gnutti Carlo Group Sweden is looking for a Country ICT Manager to lead and develop our ICT operations across our two manufacturing sites in Sweden.

01About the Role

As Country ICT Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ICT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity and development across our Swedish sites.

You will be part of the Swedish Management Team, reporting directly to the Managing Director Sweden, with a functional reporting line to the Group ICT Officer.

The role is placed in our manufacturing site outside Vimmerby. You have two direct reports, one ICT technician in our site in Kungsör and one ICT-technician in our site outside Vimmerby.

This is a role that combines leadership, strategic development and hands-on operational ICT work. You will not only lead and develop the ICT function but also be actively involved in day-to-day IT operations, technical troubleshooting and finding practical solutions to support our business.

Working closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and other functions, you will ensure that ICT supports both daily operations and future business development.

02Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Swedish ICT function across two manufacturing sites.

• Take an active, hands-on role in daily ICT operations, technical support and problem-solving.

• Ensure reliable, secure and efficient ICT infrastructure, networks and services.

• Drive ICT improvements, digitalization and projects in alignment with Group ICT strategy.

• Support IT/OT integration and collaborate closely with manufacturing operations.

• Manage cybersecurity, ICT budgets, external suppliers and service providers.

• Act as a trusted ICT partner to local management and the global ICT organization.

03Who Are You?

We are looking for a hands-on, business-oriented ICT leader who enjoys combining technical expertise with leadership and continuous improvement.

We believe you have:

• Solid experience in ICT infrastructure, networks, servers and IT operations.

• Previous leadership experience and the ability to develop people and drive improvements.

• Experience from manufacturing or other complex industrial environments.

• Strong technical problem-solving skills and a willingness to work operationally when needed.

• Good understanding of cybersecurity and preferably IT/OT integration.

• Experience working with ICT projects, suppliers and international stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills in English.

Most importantly, you are a pragmatic and solution-oriented leader who is equally comfortable discussing ICT strategy with management as rolling up your sleeves to solve technical challenges.
