01ABOUT CLAIMSORTED

At ClaimSorted, we’re building a more resilient world - one where people and businesses have the confidence to pursue bigger opportunities. We’re doing this by transforming how insurance delivers on its most important promise: helping people and businesses recover when things go wrong.

The world’s largest insurers and Fortune 500 companies work with us to handle claims and manage risk more efficiently, so they - and the people they protect - can move forward with confidence.

Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico and Eurazeo, we grew 10x in the past year - and we’re just getting started.

02THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our founding GTM team and create a steady pipeline of qualified leads for our Strategic Account Executives (SAEs). You’ll be the first conversation most of our future customers have with ClaimSorted, finding the right people at the largest insurance and Fortune 500 companies in the world and giving them a reason to listen.

You’ll be measured on two things:

  • Volume: a high level of prospecting across email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels

  • Conversion: a high prospect-to-qualified-meeting rate, so every meeting you hand to an SAE is worth their time

What you’ll do:

  • Research accounts, identify the right stakeholders, and build targeted lead lists at the largest insurance and Fortune 500 companies

  • Run high-volume outbound across email, LinkedIn, phone and whatever else cuts through with people who get pitched constantly

  • Treat outreach as a structured process, using AI tools to research, personalize and scale your prospecting without losing quality

  • Qualify relentlessly, so every meeting you book is a real opportunity and not noise

  • Own top-of-funnel end to end, from first touch to a booked, qualified meeting handed to an SAE

  • Refine our outbound messaging as you go, feeding what you learn from hundreds of conversations back into how we message and target

  • Work directly with Claims and Product, so what you hear from prospects shapes how we position what we build next

We love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, in-office role in our London office. We’re a high-intensity team and often put in significant time and effort, because we believe great outcomes come from doing the work well.

03WHO YOU ARE

You have at least a year in a communications-heavy role, ideally in sales or something adjacent (SDR/BDR, recruiting, customer success, account management or similar), and you’re ready to step up into a high-growth enterprise sales environment.

  • Great written and spoken communicator: you can get a stranger to reply to a cold email or pick up the phone, and you keep sharpening your messaging when the data says it isn’t landing

  • A sharp researcher: you can quickly work out who the relevant people are at a large organization and what would make them care

  • AI-fluent: you use AI tools to do better prospecting, and you treat outreach as a structured, repeatable process rather than ad hoc effort

  • Built for volume: you stay sharp and motivated through a lot of “no” on the way to “yes”

  • Coachable and fast-learning: you take feedback on your outreach and improve week over week, not quarter over quarter

  • Organized and process-driven: you keep a high-volume pipeline clean so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Ambitious: you want this to be the start of a sales career, not a one-year stop

04OUR VALUES

  • Move Fast, Act decisively, iterate quickly, optimize for momentum.

  • Always Overdeliver, We exceed expectations in everything we do.

  • Think Customer-First, Always, The customer experience drives every decision.

  • Challenge the Status Quo, We innovate relentlessly and never settle for ‘good enough.’

  • Say It How It Is, Transparency and direct communication build trust.

05COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Generous, transparent equity participation

  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • 30 days of remote work annually

  • Private medical insurance

  • Pension contributions

  • Company offsites

  • Accelerated promotion track in a high-growth environment
