01The Role in a Nutshell

While our Sales Directors focus on the initial "Land"- introducing our agentic AI offering to our clients and securing the first use case - you are the architect of the "Expand."

Your mission is to take a client who has seen the initial spark of value and guide them toward full-scale AI transformation. You aren't just managing a relationship; you are building the business cases that prove why we should handle their most complex customer journeys, from home moves and complaints to high-volume storm responses.

You aren't starting from zero. You are taking over accounts that already love the product and have seen it work. Your job is to take that 20% success story and turn it into a 100% partnership. You are the bridge between a successful start and a transformative future.

03🚀 What you’ll own

1. Strategic Account Expansion

• Partner with the Sales Director during the hand-off to deeply understand the client’s initial pain points and long-term vision.

• Identify white space within the account - finding new conversation types and new channels where Agent Studio can drive ROI.

• Move the needle from a "pilot" or "niche" implementation to a core, enterprise-wide solution.

2. Business Case & ROI Development

• Act as a value consultant. Clients will want proof before they commit more budget; you will gather data from their initial deployment to build compelling, CFO-ready business cases.

• Translate technical performance (e.g., containment rates, sentiment analysis) into business outcomes (e.g., cost savings, CX improvements, reduced churn).

3. Relationship & Strategy Mapping

• Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across the client’s organisation - from the operational leads to the C-Suite.

• Understand the client’s 12-to-24-month roadmap to ensure Agent Studio is positioned as the primary tool to solve their upcoming challenges.

4. Solution Advocacy

• Conduct innovation workshops with clients to showcase how new Agent Studio features can solve specific business problems they haven't yet addressed.

• Act as the internal voice of the customer, feeding back requirements to the Product team to ensure our roadmap aligns with enterprise growth.

04🧠 What you’ll bring to the party

• You have a background in account management, customer success, or strategic consulting where your success was measured by revenue growth.

• You are comfortable diving into spreadsheets and analytics to find the proof that justifies a client’s further investment.

• You can take a complex AI product and explain its value in terms of business outcomes rather than just features.

• You have extensive experience working with autonomous AI products and understand the technical complexity behind the customer outcomes.

• You can juggle deep diving into multiple customers accounts and strategies in parallel without becoming unorganised.

• You know how to navigate complex corporate hierarchies and build trust so that you are seen as a long term partner in their strategy.
