Your mission

As a Working Student People Business Partner, you will take ownership of the end-to-end employee journey for our working students and interns, from recruiting and onboarding to personal and professional development, as well as transitions into permanent positions or offboarding. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the People Business Partner role. You will take on responsibility from an early stage, contribute to both operational and strategic initiatives, and develop a deep understanding of modern people management within a growing aerospace company. Become a deltaVisionary!

  • Support and guide our working students and interns throughout their entire journey at deltaVision
  • Act as the first point of contact for people-related topics and support employees and managers in their day-to-day work
  • Contribute to daily People Operations activities and help continuously improve existing processes
  • Support and independently drive People projects within a fast-growing organization
  • Actively shape our company culture through events, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding activities
  • Collaborate closely with employees and managers to create an outstanding employee experience
  • Contribute your own ideas and support the further development of our People structures as we continue to grow
Your profile
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Passion for modern people management and a genuine interest in learning about the role of a People Business Partner
  • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership and responsibility
  • Interest in shaping processes, company culture, and the overall employee experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple topics at the same time
  • Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good English communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a digital environment and interested in leveraging modern technologies and AI tools effectively
We offer
  • Responsibility instead of making coffee: From day one, you'll take ownership of your own topics and projects
  • Flexible working hours and enough time to recharge, so studies, work, and life stay in balance
  • A real behind-the-scenes look at the role of a People Business Partner in a fast-growing aerospace company
  • The opportunity to actively shape processes, culture, and the employee experience instead of just observing from the sidelines
  • Healthy body, healthy mind: We support both with contributions to the EGYM Wellpass and Deutschlandticket
  • Drinks are on us. Good vibes too. Enjoy an unlimited drink selection, regular team events, and company gatherings worth showing up for
  • Learning doesn't stop when the lecture ends: We support your professional and personal development and offer opportunities for a long-term career at deltaVision
  • A highly motivated team, short decision-making paths, and plenty of (aero)space for your own ideas
