Lemrock builds the infrastructure of agentic commerce.

Tomorrow, consumers won't just buy on e-commerce websites. They will discover, compare and purchase directly inside conversational AI interfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and a growing long tail of specialized AI assistants.

For brands, this is a major shift: if they are not present in these environments, they become invisible.

Our mission: enable any brand to exist, sell and distribute in this new channel.

We raised a €7M seed round (the first in Europe on this market), with Jean-Baptiste Rudelle, founder of Criteo, on our board, and the Bpifrance DeepTech label.

02The role

As Chief of Staff, you are the CEO’s right hand. You play a central role in executing the roadmap, structuring growth, and positioning Lemrock as the category leader.

You’ll work closely with the founders and take ownership of high-leverage initiatives.

03Your Mission

• Strategy & ops: structure the machine, drive cross-functional projects, set priorities

• Biz dev & partnerships: qualify, negotiate, close with retailers, platforms, integrators

• Product & data: align product evolution with the tech team, structure the feedback loop from the field

• Investor relations: support with decks, analysis, financial models, and fundraising interactions

04What we’re looking for

• Sharp, structured, fast thinker, sees levers before problems, fully autonomous

• 4+ years in strategic consulting, startup ops, VC, M&A or PE

• Fluent across business, product and tech in a deep, complex environment

• Comfortable with ambiguity, velocity, and end-to-end ownership

• Wants to build early, with a team playing to win
