Founder's Associate (m/f/x)

You want to help build a company, learn directly from experienced founders, and take on responsibility early? 01What you will do

• Direct impact: Work with the founders to turn strategic priorities into concrete projects. Structure the work and execute through to measurable results.

• Analytical builder: Analyze data, speak with customers and teammates, test assumptions, and build staff.

• Execute across functions: Work hands-on with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Help prepare a launch, unblock a customer issue, improve a process, or explore a new growth opportunity.

• Support private and public fundraising: Help prepare financial analyses, funding materials, and leadership meetings. Turn complex information into concise, useful updates.

• Make ZeKju work smarter: Identify repetitive tasks and operational bottlenecks. Use AI and automation to build practical improvements that save time and improve quality.

02Who we’re looking for

• Experience: Around 1-3 years in a startup, strategy consulting, founder’s office, product management, finance, or another analytical or operating role. We also welcome exceptional graduates with substantial internship, entrepreneurial, or project experience.

• High agency: You take initiative, ask good questions, and move work forward.

• Fast learner: You are comfortable with ambiguous situations and can quickly build a working understanding of topics such as logistics, AI, sales, data, or operations.

• Analytical and practical: You are comfortable working with numbers and structuring a problem-but you also know that a customer conversation can be more useful than another spreadsheet.

• Strong communicator: You express ideas clearly, write concise recommendations, and collaborate confidently in both German and English.

• Ambitious and coachable: You want responsibility, actively seek feedback, and turn it into better work. You care about getting the outcome right, not just completing the task.

• Hands-on team player: You are excited by a small, ambitious team where strategic questions and practical execution sit side by side.
