Job description

About the role

Full text from the employer, as published on Arbeitnow, arranged into sections. Nothing added or removed.

Tracksuit exists to help marketers prove their brand building is working. We give teams the data they need to make smarter decisions, convince stakeholders, defend budgets, and track their progress. The brand tracking industry is dominated by 100-page reports, static data and big price-tags. We're doing things differently by being built for the modern marketer: always-on, accessible, and approachable.

We're now tracking more than 1,000 brands across 25 countries globally. With offices in Auckland, Sydney, London and New York City, we're scaling fast with a brilliant team of collaborative and ambitious humans. Our culture is defined by "high care, high performance". We strive to be the best and look after each other while we do it.

Agencies are how a lot of brands find Tracksuit. We're looking for someone to grow those partnerships across the UK.

As a Partner Manager, you'll own our agency partnerships in the UK, from finding and winning new agencies to onboarding them and growing them into partners who regularly bring Tracksuit to their clients. You'll represent Tracksuit to agencies, and bring what agencies need back into the business. As we grow in Europe, you'll pick up agency opportunities there too.

01What you'll do

  • Find, qualify and win new agency partners, through outreach and inbound interest

  • Onboard and train agencies so they know how and when to bring Tracksuit to their clients

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with a portfolio of agency partners

  • Drive referred pipeline and revenue, working with our Account Executives from first introduction to close

  • Give agencies real value, from brand insights and pitch support to co-marketing and events

  • Track how your partners are performing and change what you do based on the results

  • Share what agencies tell you with our Sales, Customer, Marketing and Product teams

02What you'll bring

  • At least 2 years in partnerships, business development or a client-facing role, ideally in an agency or a SaaS

  • A good understanding of the UK agency landscape, across media, creative, PR and digital

  • A commercial mindset, focused on outcomes and how to get there

  • The confidence to build credibility quickly and keep relationships strong

  • Organised enough to manage a high volume of partner touchpoints

  • A love of brands and brand building

Bonus points for exposure to European markets, or a brand or MarTech background.

03Why you'll like it here

  • You lead with something useful. Agencies get Tracksuit data to support their pitches and client work, so your conversations start with how we can help them win.

  • You'll grow with the team. Our London team is growing, and there's a clear path to Senior Partner Manager.

04The details

  • Location. London. We're office-first, so expect to be in our Clerkenwell office most of the week.

  • Reports to. Our UK Head of Revenue.

Compensation: £51K, £62.5K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission

  • • Base salary range as listed. This role includes commission of 100% of base at target (OTE £63,750, £78,125) £51K, £62.5K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission
