Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional contract specialist providing contractual procurement and administration services (e.g., contract awards, cost analysis, negotiations, solicitations and close-outs) to procure services, equipment, or materials for a wide range of construction, architecture, or engineering projects.

You will award and administer a wide range of contract and financial assistance actions.,You will manage all aspects of contract management, including contract formation, drafting and issuing solicitations, negotiations, cost and price analysis, award, contract administration, termination and close-out of various contract vehicles.,You will administer contracts through close-out, assuring compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts, including resolution of problems concerning the obligations of the parties.,You will be required to interpret regulations and policies imposed by higher organizational levels.
