Operating Theatre and Anaesthesia Nurses Wanted for Falun and Mora Hospital

Region Dalarna is seeking skilled Operating Theatre Nurses and Anaesthesia Nurses to join our surgical services at Falun Hospital and Mora Hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of highly competent perioperative teams delivering safe and high-quality surgical care across a broad range of specialties. You will play a key role in supporting patients before, during and after surgery while working with advanced medical technology and experienced multidisciplinary teams.

Falun Hospital is the largest hospital in Dalarna and offers a wide variety of surgical specialties, while Mora Hospital provides an important regional surgical service in a close-knit and supportive environment.

01What We Offer

.Modern operating theatres and advanced clinical equipment .Opportunities to work within diverse surgical specialties .Continuing professional development and training .Close collaboration with surgeons, anaesthesiologists and perioperative teams .A 22-week intensive Swedish language programme, starting in either February or August each year. Participants receive an educational salary while studying Swedish towards C1 level, a requirement for obtaining Swedish nursing licensure. We are looking for nurses who: .Hold a qualification as an Operating Theatre Nurse or Anaesthesia Nurse within the EU/EEA .Are EU/EEA citizens .Have at least 3 years of relevant perioperative experience .Possess English language skills at CEFR B2 level or higher .Have strong clinical judgement and patient safety awareness .Enjoy teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration .Are motivated to learn Swedish and build a long-term career in Sweden
