Functieomschrijving De bedrijfsvoering binnen de gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel wordt gecentraliseerd: teams die nu nog verspreid door de organisatie werken, worden samengebracht in één domein. Binnen dit domein bouwen we aan een nieuw, centraal team Financiën en Control.
