- Ansprache: Du gehst aktiv auf potenzielle Kunden zu, am Telefon und über Social Media.
- Qualifizierung: Du verstehst in wenigen Minuten, wo der Schuh drückt, und trennst sauber zwischen passend und nicht passend.
- Termine: Aus einem kalten Kontakt machst du einen Termin, der wirklich stattfindet.
- Übergabe: Du briefst unsere Closer so, dass sie ohne Umwege ins Gespräch starten.
- Follow-up: Du bleibst an allem dran, was nicht sofort Ja sagt.
- Zahlen: Kontakte, Gespräche, Termine, Showrate, du kennst deine Quoten jederzeit.
- Entwicklung: Tägliches Coaching, Roleplays und Gesprächsanalysen. Du wirst Woche für Woche besser.

- Du redest gern mit Menschen und gehst selbstbewusst auf neue Kontakte zu.
- Ein Nein bringt dich nicht aus dem Takt, auch an zähen Tagen hältst du deine Schlagzahl.
- Du willst Ergebnisse sehen, Feedback umsetzen und dich kontinuierlich verbessern.
Erfahrung am Telefon ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Quereinsteiger sind willkommen.
