Job Description

Full description from the employer, as published by Arbeitnow.

🎤 Why voize? Because we’re more than just a job! voize is building AI companions for Europe's nurses - today, 200,000+ users rely on us every shift, and we're just getting started. We're a Berlin-based scaleup with $50M in Series A backing and the ambition to match, built by a team that cares. If you're driven, want to contribute to real impact, and thrive in an environment that moves quickly, we'd love to meet you.

💡 Your Mission: Make every hire run smoothly As a Working Student - Talent Operations, you’re the engine room of our recruiting team. You make sure candidates have a great experience and hiring managers have what they need, from the first interview invite to the signed offer. You’ll own the logistics, keep our systems clean, and help us improve our hiring process as we scale.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, including on-sites and off-sites. You’ll keep calendars, booking links, and availability working so no interview slips

  • Prepare offer decks and offer documents, and coordinate start dates, onboarding checks and equipment with People & Ops

  • Keep the ATS in top shape: stage hygiene, application forms, email templates, scorecards, and data quality

  • Maintain our hiring trackers, such as the headcount sheet and the role roadmap in Notion, and flag mismatches before they cause delays

  • Send timely candidate and new-joiner communication, like onboarding emails, reminders and feedback follow-ups

  • Spot bottlenecks in our hiring process and fix them with checklists, templates and small automations (and AI where it helps)

  • Support the TA team with pipeline reporting and training logistics, for example interview and bias training sessions

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

  • Currently enrolled at a university, with at least 1 year left before graduation

  • Based in Berlin

  • Tech-savvy, with experience in scheduling or booking tools (ATS experience is a plus, but not required)

  • Proactive, a fast communicator, and someone who takes initiative and keeps pace in a quick-moving team

  • Organized and detail-oriented, and calm when five interviews need rescheduling at once

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus

  • Hands-on with AI tools

  • Availability Monday to Friday from 3 pm onwards (a later start is fine, and US-timezone overlap is a bonus)

🌱 Growing together - what you can expect at voize

  • €16/hour, with flexible hours that fit around your studies

  • Hybrid setup: about 2 days in our Berlin office

  • Flexible working hours because you know when you work best!

  • Reimbursement of the “Deutschlandticket”

  • 25 days of vacation, and your birthday off

✨ Ready to talk? Apply now! 🚀 We look forward to your application and can’t wait to meet you, no matter who you are or what background you have!
