PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector evaluating and modernizing submarine tactical systems, submarine special operations forces ops, tomahawk missile employment; managing training programs and providing technical expertise on specialized equipment and procedures; and analyzing reports and data to identify trends.

You will oversee the administrative, fiscal, and contractual management of assigned training programs.,You will develop and schedule crew training and provide metrics on the training and certification of submarine deployments.,You will support the integration of tactical system modernization plans and communicate technical requirements clearly to a broad audience.,You will use qualitative and quantitative studies to identify, define, and resolve issues related to submarine tactical system conditions.,You will review reports and support requests to identify deficiencies and recommend solutions.,You will manage the deployment and performance of submarine tactical systems.
