Bilingual Social Media Content Creator & Customer Service Assistant Atomic Flooring / Atomic Construction Location: Remote, Latin America preferred Pay: $250 USD per week Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Languages: Excellent English required; Spanish fluency strongly preferred About Our Company Atomic Flooring is a growing flooring and construction company serving the Phoenix, Arizona market. We help homeowners transform their spaces with quality flooring and professional service. We’re looking for a creative, dependable, and organized remote team member to help grow our online presence, create engaging social media content, communicate with potential customers, and manage incoming sales leads. What You’ll Do Social Media Content Creation

• Turn photos and video clips we provide into attractive, professional social media content.
• Create short-form videos and Reels featuring completed flooring projects, before-and-after transformations, and product highlights.
• Add captions, text overlays, music, transitions, and branding to make content engaging.
• Create graphics, promotional posts, and special offers using tools such as Canva.
• Write compelling captions in English, with Spanish content when appropriate.
• Help manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Develop creative ideas for showcasing our work and attracting new customers.
• Repurpose existing photos and videos into multiple pieces of marketing content.
• Monitor engagement and recommend ways to improve content and reach.

Customer Service & Lead Management

• Respond promptly to incoming leads from our website, social media, text messages, and other sources.
• Communicate professionally with potential customers by text, phone, email, and messaging apps.
• Follow up with prospects who have requested information or estimates.
• Ask basic questions about customers’ flooring projects and gather information our sales team needs.
• Schedule estimates and appointments for our team.
• Keep customer information and follow-up activities organized.
• Provide a friendly, professional customer experience that reflects our company well.

Administrative & Marketing Support

• Assist with promotions, marketing campaigns, and business development.
• Help organize leads, appointments, and customer communications.
• Research marketing ideas, trends, and opportunities.
• Assist with administrative tasks as our business grows.
• Take initiative and help improve our marketing and customer service processes.

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including a professional phone manner.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and learn new tools.
• Availability during agreed-upon hours that overlap with Arizona business hours.

Strongly preferred

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience creating social media content for businesses.
• Experience editing short videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, or TikTok.
• Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts.
• Experience handling sales inquiries, following up with leads, and booking appointments.
• Experience working with U.S. businesses.

The Ideal Candidate We want someone who is creative, proactive, dependable, and comfortable wearing several hats. You should be able to take a few photos or short video clips we send you and turn them into polished, professional content that captures a potential customer’s attention. You should also be comfortable communicating with customers, responding to inquiries quickly, and helping turn incoming leads into scheduled estimates.

Compensation & Schedule Starting compensation is $250 USD per week for full-time work, approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule will be coordinated to provide coverage during agreed-upon hours that overlap with Arizona business hours.
