About the role

Full text from the employer, as published on Himalayas, arranged into sections. Nothing added or removed.

Our client in the UK is looking for a confident, empathetic and results-driven Patient Booking Specialist to join their team, helping prospective patients take the next step towards their treatment journey.

In this role, you’ll contact new enquiries within minutes of receiving them, using a predictive dialler to connect with prospective patients and book them into a free consultation with a Treatment Coordinator. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression, building trust over the phone and ensuring patients feel comfortable discussing their needs.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, a warm telephone manner and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a personal approach.

01Responsibilities

  • Contact new patient enquiries within minutes of submission, maintaining fast response times and a high contact rate.
  • Engage prospective patients with a warm, empathetic and professional approach, listening to their needs and guiding them towards booking a free consultation.
  • Manage approximately 80 calls per day using a predictive dialler, following up on enquiries and maintaining a consistent flow of booked consultations.
  • Accurately record calls, follow-ups and patient interactions in the CRM, working towards booking and conversion targets.

02Requirements

  • Proven inbound or outbound calling experience in appointment setting, sales development, patient bookings or a similar role, with the ability to handle 80+ calls per day using a dialler.
  • Warm, empathetic telephone manner with strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective patients.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear, neutral accent suited to communicating with a UK audience, particularly those aged 55 and above.
  • Experience using HubSpot and Aircall, or comparable CRM and dialler systems, with strong attention to detail when logging interactions and follow-ups.
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, aesthetics or patient care is advantageous, as is the maturity and life experience to communicate confidently with a diverse patient base.
  • Availability to work UK evening hours and Saturdays, with a reliable home office setup, stable internet connection and backup power.
