01Aufgaben
- Selbständiges Führen von Kundenbuchhaltungen
- Erstellung von Zwischen, Monats und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR
- Führung von Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Liquiditätsplanung
- Führung von Lohnbuchhaltungen
- Anschluss Sozialversicherungen inkl. Jahresdeklarationen
- Quellensteuerabrechnungen
- Mehrwertsteueradministration (auch international)
- Vertragswesen
- Mithilfe im Compliance Prozess
- Ausarbeitung von Steuererklärungen für juristische Personen
- Kontrolle von Steuerveranlagungen und Steuerrechnungen
- Betreuung und Beratung der internationalen und nationalen Kunden-Mandate
- Kundenzahlungen tätigen
- Erstellung, Führung und Aktualisierung von Kundendossiers
- Digital- und Papierablage
- Erstellung von Protokollen und Vollmachten Mithilfe beim Aufbau / Gründung einer Gesellschaft
- Teilnahme an internen Sitzungen
- Führung von fachlichen Präsentationen zur internen Weiterbildung
- Fachliche Führung von 2, 3 Sachbearbeiter/Lehrling.
02Qualifikation
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Treuhänder FA/Buchhalter FA Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Treuhandwesen von Vorteil im internationalen Umfeld
- PC-Kenntnisse (Windows / Office / Sage / Abacus)
- Geschick im Umgang mit Kunden
- freundliche Erscheinung (auch in schwierigen Situationen)
- Qualitätsbewusstsein (Jahresabschlüsse, Dokumente)
- flexibel und belastbar
- proaktiv, motiviert, selbstorganisiert, selbständige und initiative Arbeitsweise
- gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- exakte Arbeitsweise, effizientes und produktives Arbeiten
- Lernbereitschaft
- Interesse an Weiterbildung
- gute Englisch- und Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache
- weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
