Die FI-Partner GmbH ist ein junges Unternehmen im Bereich Firmengründung, Umernehmensberatung, Buchhaltung und Steuern. Zu unseren Kunden zählen KMU und Privatpersonen aus der Region FR, BE, SO, sowie ZG, ZH und SG.
01Aufgaben
Wir suchen eine(n) Mitarbeiter(in) Treuhand. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Verbuchung von Belegen in Kundenbuchhaltungen, die regelmässige Prüfung nach Bestimmten Qualitätskriterien, sowie die Aufbereitung der Pendenzen. Ebenso bereiten Sie MWST-Abrechnungen und Umsatzabstimmungen vor. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, jedoch im engen Austausch mit Ihren Kollegen.
02Qualifikation
Was Sie mitbringen:
• Offene Kommunikationsweise, Freude an Zahlen
• Kenntnisse in Bexio zwingend (inkl. MWST)
• Erfahrung mit Banana von Vorteil
• Selbstständige, gewissenhafte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen/Treuhand von Vorteil
• Weiterbildung im Bereich Rechnungswesen/Treuhand von Vorteil (Sachbearbeiter)
• Sehr gute Microsoft Excel (ohne VBA) und Outlook Kenntnisse
• Muttersprache oder fliessend Deutsch
